Introductions! ~ We are looking forward to meeting you and getting a tour of the home. We will share our service listing and you can select what best suits you, your budget and your home staging needs. (no charge)

Home Evaluation Process ~ We will tour the home with you and offer suggestions to improve the property. We will spend time in each room including curb appeal for you to take notes and address any questions you may have concerning the recommendations. This appointment might address minor home repairs, packing, furniture placement, paint colors, etc.. Budget minded sellers can use this information to build a “Do It Yourself” checklist to start staging. This appointment is approximately 2 hours. 

Minor Staging ~ We start with a walk through and evaluation of each room in your home during our evaualtion. We will note the major changes required along with what we can do quickly and efficiently to maximize the time we spend working at the home. During our second appointment, we will rearrange items that might be used to a greater advantage elsewhere in your home.  We will share a “Do It Yourself” notes for completion if needed. You will be surprised what a few hours can make!

Full Staging ~ Includes the Home Evaluation ~ This is a two appointment process. First appointment is described above under the home evaluation.  The second appointment is to stage the rooms discussed during the evaluation appointment. We will spend whatever time it takes to make your home irresistible!

Vacant Home Staging ~ Free Quotes  ~ We tour the vacant home and determine what furniture and accessories are needed for each impact area. We select the appropriate furnishing and accessories to appeal to today’s home buyers.

Interior Redesign ~ When you want a new look but don’t want to invest in the expense of major redecorating, redesign is just what you need. You will be amazed at the changes that can be made on a budget! New paint, assessing your furniture, art and accessories for what to keep in place, what to move and what to eliminate are part of this service. New style and color schemes can achieve striking results on a limited budget.

Shopping! We know what to buy and where to get the extra accessories needed to enhance the look of the home. We work within your budget to purchase these items.
